Returns Policy:

Wilkins RV would like to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. If you need to return or exchange an item, our Parts department will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a printable return shipping label. Note that returns or exchanges are allowed only with a Return Authorization Number. We accept returns for refund or exchanges on merchandise other than sale or special order items within ninety days of purchase if:

  • The item has never been opened
  • The item has never been used
  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect
  • We shipped the wrong merchandise
  • The wrong product was ordered (exchanges only)
  • The item has not been damaged or soiled
  • The item being returned or exchanged is accompanied by a receipt.

Wilkins RV reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund if any of the above conditions have not been met.

Shipping is not refundable on returns or exchanges. We do however cover return shipping costs on items which were shipped incorrectly as a result of our error.
