We have had the most wonderful buying experience with Wilkins RV. We met Emily at the Clay lot and she walked us through several RVs. She was friendly and patient with all our questions. We ended up staying past the closing time for the day as we made our decision to purchase the RV and everyone on staff was incredibly patient and understanding. Melissa and Carson have been working with us on the particulars and financing. They have both been patient and friendly answering all of our questions. We brought our trade-in to and did the financing paperwork at the Fulton lot. All of the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. The service team had excellent information and were very receptive to everything we asked. Obviously, we ask a lot of questions and want to make sure we fully understand everything - the entire Wilkins family has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
