Wilkins RV would like to congratulate Nancy Carpino and Patrick Carney on receiving their RVIA Certifications. Nancy is now certified as a Service Manager, and Patrick is certified for Parts Manager.
Nancy came to Wilkins RV from the Marine industry, bringing 25 years of experience within the Service Department to our Rochester store. Our customers appreciate her knowledge and the way she ensures their satisfaction. We are happy to have her on our team as Service Department Manager.
Patrick started with Wilkins RV in the Shipping and Receiving Department 2 years ago. Previously, Patrick served in the Army for 11 years with various deployments, and is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. He has worked diligently in the Rochester Parts department bringing a level of orderliness and customer satisfaction we greatly appreciate.
Wilkins RV is always delighted when one of our staff puts the hard work in to reach a higher level, whether personally or professionally. We support our employees on their path to improvement, and we believe that we all need to continuously develop ourselves. Our potential is only limited by what we keep ourselves from doing.
